OFFICERS

Pank Goulet, Executive Director
Everett F. (Pank) Goulet, Jr., Executive Director at St. Aloysius Orphanage, received his Doctoral Degree in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before coming to St. Al’s he served as CEO of Gateway Behavioral Health Care Network, Inc. Pank currently serves on numerous community non-profit Boards and committees; and is an Adjunct professor at Xavier University. Pank is a certified Divorce mediator and is a licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.

Tim Sillaman, Chief Programs Officer
Mr. Sillaman, leads fifteen programs serving children and families at St. Aloysius. His responsibilities include oversight of program operations, program development, program outcomes, supervision of supervisors, clinical supervision and interagency relations. He is licensed as a suprvising clinical counselor by the State Of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Asbury College in 1979 and a master’s degree in counseling in 1981 from the University of Cincinnati. He has received further training in family therapy and reality therapy. He has worked with children and adults in the mental health field for 26 years in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatry, community mental health centers, employee assistance programs and private practice. Among his areas of expertise are clinical supervision and family therapy.

Joan Tumblison, Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Tumblison is an attorney licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and she received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She has a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Wilmington College. Before coming to St. Aloysius she spent five years as the Attorney and Assistant Director of the Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority in Hamilton, Ohio. She is a former adjunct professor at Thomas More College and Wilmington College teaching such courses as Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Law.

She and her husband together have five children and seven grandchildren.
