*ATTENTION FOSTER PARENTS*
Pre-Service training for new foster parents does NOT provide childcare. However, depending upon the age of your child(ren), attending some of the Pre-Service sessions may be beneficial to help them understand the dynamics and behavioral issues that many children in foster care have.
Foster care is a family decision.
If you are not currently a foster parent from St. Aloysius, Family Ties or Square One for Youth, please have your licensing person contact Matt McGuire, Training Coordinator prior to attending. If we do not have a prior arrangement with your agency to cover the cost of providing training to you, you will not be admitted (OAC Rule 5201:2-5-40 [N]).
